CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to change your plans. However, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged to the client’s account. The fee is waived if you reschedule within 48 hours of the cancellation. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance will be charged a 25% fee as well as a 50% deposit to secure the next booking. Frequent Cancellations: If a client has more than 2 cancellations or no-shows within a 6 month period, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit for future bookings to ensure a commitment to the appointment. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, a $30 processing fee will be charged in addition to the original check amount.
